Tesla has expanded its Cybertruck accessories lineup with the introduction of a premium stainless steel key card.
Key Access Options for Cybertruck
The Cybertruck comes with multiple access options for owners.
The vehicle is delivered with a standard key card and can be operated using a phone key through Tesla’s mobile application.
According to the Cybertruck Owner’s Manual, the vehicle can support up to 19 different keys simultaneously.
New Metal Key Card Features and Pricing
The newly introduced Metal Key Card maintains the same functionality as the standard key card but features a premium stainless steel construction.
Tesla describes it as “convenient, durable, versatile,” positioning it as an upscale alternative to their traditional plastic key cards.
The metal variant is particularly useful when phone access is unavailable or when sharing vehicle access with others, such as valets or friends.
The Metal Key Card is priced at $60, representing a $20 premium over the standard plastic key card, which retails for $40.
The package includes both the metal key card and a bifold key card wallet.
